Using our games
You may use our games for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms, any game-specific terms and the rules of the store where you obtained the game. If you cannot legally agree to these terms on your own, obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
Our work and your use
Game code, artwork, music, names and other materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You receive permission to use the game, not ownership of those materials. Do not redistribute our games or assets without permission, interfere with their operation, exploit vulnerabilities or use unlawful or abusive methods. Rights allowed by mandatory law remain unaffected.
Progress and accounts
Available features depend on the game and its version. The current offline Color Block: Jam Out test stores progress locally and does not provide cloud recovery. If accounts are introduced, keep your access details secure and use the account deletion options described for that game.
Purchases and advertising, where offered
Availability and pricing are shown in the game and store. Purchases are handled through the relevant platform and are subject to its rules and applicable consumer law. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money unless applicable law requires otherwise. The current offline closed test does not process real purchases or serve real ads.
Updates and availability
We may update features and content to maintain and improve a game. Test content and progress may change before public release. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device will support every feature. Any changes remain subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Your rights and these terms
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Store license terms, including Apple's standard EULA where applicable, continue to apply. Significant changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel; the revision date appears on this page.
